Project consists of rehabilitation/reconstruction the bituminous concrete pavements at Martell Elementary School located at 5666 Livernois Road in Troy, Michigan, Hamilton Elementary School located at 5625 Northfield Parkway in Troy, Michigan, acilities and Operations Building located at 1140 Rankin Drive, Troy, MI 48083 All questions regarding the services specified, the bid specified, or the bid terms and conditions will be accepted in writing ONLY and subsequently answered through an addendum to all interested parties.
