he work includes but is not limited to the demolition of the existing control building which includes, but is not limited to the demolition of existing motor control center, autosensory panel, aboveground conduit, wire, controls and all else as shown on the construction drawings; field verify and tag all existing conduits and wires, complete as specified; construction of new control building which includes, but is not limited to new CMU block building, complete with a roof, doors with panic hardware openings for the air conditioning units, and all other accessories as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning facility, complete as specified; installation of a Motor Control Center (provided by the owner), which includes but is not limited to the labor, coordination with EATON, additional conduits, wires, controls and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning facility, complete as specified; procurement and installation all other electrical and mechanical equipment which includes but is not limited to Autosensory Panel, pressure transmitters, low voltage transformer, lighting panel, air conditioning unit, building lighting and outlets, chemical room exhaust fan, grounding system, conduit, wire, controls and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning facility, complete as specified; blasting and re-coating Booster Pump No. 4, including motor, discharge head, booster pump can, suction piping, and gate valve; relocation of the chemical tank as indicated in the drawings, which includes but not limited to route associated chemical lines and chemical pump.
