Renovation of a detention facility in Freeland, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Various HVAC upgrades throughout the Saginaw Correctional Facility that includes the following but is not limited to boiler replacements, condensing unit replacements, control upgrades and install new mini split air conditioning units. 5% Bid Security: ACCEPTING QUESTIONS UNTIL: Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at 2:00 p.m., EASTERN. Please email questions directly to Brent Huhn, Matrix Consulting Engineers, Inc. at bhuhn@matrixceinc.com LEIN CHECK (Dept. of Corrections ONLY) All contractor/vendor representatives attending a Pre-Bid Walk Through Meeting must submit a Vendor/Contractor LEIN Request five business days prior to the meeting date, (See the attached Vendor/Contractor LEIN Request form). Send the LEIN Request form, filled out and signed, by email to Daniel T. Smith at email address: SmithD76@michigan.gov. The email "Subject" must include (Saginaw Correctional Facility, Various HVAC Upgrades Liquidated damages for each Calendar Day after Substantial Completion of the entire Work that expires after the Contract Time specified in paragraph 4.1.3 for completion and readiness for final payment - until the entire Work is complete and ready for final payment - shall be in the amount of __Two hundred fifty __ Dollars and No/Cents ($_250.00
