Renovation of a mixed-use development in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility; and theater / auditorium.
**As of January 26 2021, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for the award is not yet determined.** To prequalify Mechanical HVAC contractors for three (3) separate tenders to be issued in 2022, for the following three (3) projects; Willistead Manor Cooling Tower and Heat Pump Replacement, Capitol Theatre Rooftop Replacement and BAS, Huron Lodge Chiller Replacement. Prequalified Proponents only, will become eligible to participate in future tenders for the three projects, as and when issued by the Facilities Department. This prequalification shall remain valid for the duration of the three (3) projects, until their completion.
