Kline Township, Schuylkill County, will receive sealed bids for a Pole Building ,All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud during the regular monthly meeting of the Board of Supervisors to be held on Monday, February 14, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. in the Board Room. The scope of work will consist of the construction of a 42.6'L x 18'W x 16'H post frame building attached to existing township's storage garage located to the rear of its Municipal Building at the above address.The building to being constructed to detailed specification drawings available upon contacting the Township Secretary at 570-929-2195. A bid bond or acceptable surety in an amount equal to 10% of the total bid for construction to be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds or acceptable surety in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price, together with proof of adequate insurance, before contract is awarded. Kline Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in bidding; further, bids may be held by the Township for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding of the contract.
