The Division of State Operated Healthcare Facilities (DSOHF) oversees and manages fourteen (14) state operated healthcare facilities that treat adults and children with mental illness, developmental disabilities, substance use disorders and neuro-medical needs. The DSOHF Mission is in collaboration with our partners and with a commitment to rights, equity, and inclusion, we provide a system of high-quality care to individuals whose complex behavioral and medical needs exceed the level of care available in the community. Central Regional Hospital (CRH) is one of three State psychiatric hospitals in North Carolina. It is operated by the Division of State-Operated Healthcare Facilities (DSOHF) within the North Carolina Department of Health & Human Services. The hospital provides psychiatric and medical care to adults and adolescents in 25 counties in the central region of the North Carolina. CRH also serves children ages 11 and under from all 100 counties of North Carolina. The intent of this solicitation is to obtain pricing from qualified vendors and award an Agency Specific Contract for the purpose of providing an on-site planned preventative maintenance program, and emergency services for five (5) air cooled chillers located on Central Regional Hospital's annex campus at the address listed below.
