Install a solar electric generating system on the rooftop of the Iowa City Public Works Facility located at 3810 Napoleon Lane. Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% Maintenance Bond: 100% In submitting this Proposal, the undersigned agrees that the Bid will not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) consecutive calendar days following the date of the Bid Opening. Further, that if a Notice to Proceed or a prepared Agreement provided by the Owner is received at the business address identified below within the thirty (30) day period, the undersigned will, within ten (10) days of receipt, acknowledge acceptance of the contract award. The undersigned will then execute and deliver to the Owner address the Agreement, the Procurement, Labor and Material Payment Bonds, and the certificates of insurance, and will proceed in accordance with requirements of the Contract Documents for this project, and have the Project Substantial Completion on or before June 30, 2023 Final Completion on or before August 25, 2023.
