The base bid scope will add air conditioning with ventilation to High School agricultural classrooms, replace the cooling tower and add HVLS fans to the gymnationa at the Middle School, replace fresh air units and provide exhaust to science storage room for High School, replace cafeteria fresh air units for Head Start School, and replace the chiller at Cane Ridge Elementary. The scope of electrical work includes new fire alarm, power, and distribution as required to render replacement mechanical equipment operational. Anticipated Start of Construction: March 14, 2022. Substantial Completion. Subject to the conditions of Article "Delays and Extensions of Time" of the General Conditions, the total work to be done under this combined construction contract shall be commenced upon execution of the contract agreement and shall be substantially completed no later than August 1, 2022. Final Completion. Subject to the conditions of Article "Delays and Extensions of Time" of the General Conditions, the total work to be done under this combined construction contract shall be fully completed in phases no later than within thirty (30) consecutive calendar days from the Date of Substantial Completion . The date of Final Completion for each phase shall be as indicated in the Owner-Contractor Agreement and the work is complete and all Contract requirements have been fulfilled by the Contractor.
