Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a clubhouse / community center in Anniston, Alabama. Completed plans call for the addition of a clubhouse / community center; for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
The Work consists of significant improvements and an addition to the existing building as shown on the Drawings and Specifications. A more detailed description of the work and other requirements, provisions, specifications and instructions to bidders, contract forms, bid requirements, insurance, and other documents related to the project will be set forth in the project manual and deemed a part of this notice. For any proposals greater than $100,000.00, a bid bond will be required at the time of bid and a performance bond or letter of credit will be required prior to contract award. All bids will be on a lump sum basis by item and will include, but not be limited to, all labor and materials for the entire scope - (unless specifically noted otherwise). Only general contractors with five (5) years verifiable experience in commercial roofing may bid this work. All contracts will be with the City of Anniston, Alabama.
