The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing labor and equipment for the removal and disposal of sewage sludge from the Ossining, Peekskill and Port Chester Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP) for the period March 1, 2022 to February 28, 2025, subject to appropriations. The Contract may be extended by mutual consent of the Contractor and the County of Westchester for one (1) additional three year term with all prices, terms and conditions remaining the same as the original contract.
