DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The City of Lawrence is seeking a qualified vendor to perform cleaning, sealing/ waterproofing, on concrete surfaces at the Fire medical facilities. All equipment, material, labor, clean up, disposal for the work is to be included in the pricing. All responsible bidders are required to field verify all quantities. II. SCOPE OF WORK Locations listed below all require a differing amount and type of work to be completed it is the responsibility of the bidder to visit each location and verify the quantities listed and pricing for each location. The work is general and the quantities listed are approximate. A more detailed list of requirements is below, bidders may identify other items outside of the total number or types of units listed for any site, the bidder should include those items as a separate alternate. All alternate work should be itemized for unit totals and cost and extended price with a grand total for all work. Some or all portions of this work may be accepted.
