L.S. - Installation of two (2) new 30-x-44-foot pavilions, including column footings, structures, and roofs. SQ. FT - Installation of new pavilion 4-inch reinforced concrete pads, approximately 3,750 square feet total. L.S. - Furnish and installation of modified electric feeders and branch wiring (as necessary) for two (2) pavilions. L.S. - Furnish and installation of two (2) new 1-inch water spigot configurations at each pavilion, including all fittings, spigots, casings, and the connection to the existing water system. Field investigation of existing configuration and replace water service leads (as necessary). L.S. - Furnish and install SESC measures and site restorations with straw mulch blankets. Additional Bidding Instructions Sealed bids shall be submitted to the Township Clerk by a date and time specified and shall be marked on the outside "Sealed bid for Van Buren Park Pavilions Nos. 1 and 3 Project." The Township Clerk or her/his designee and one Department Director shall publicly open all bids submitted at the date and time indicated on the request for bids. All bidders shall be notified of the contract award in a timely manner.
