The City of Antigo will be accepting sealed bids for the purchase of City property at 320 Edison Street. The parcel is zoned as R-3 Residential. The legal description of the said parcel is as follows:ORIGINAL PLAT LOT 8 BLOCK 62 Qualifying Bid Options Minimum $4000 Bid Property 2020 assessed value is $4,700.00 The conditions of the bidding process are as follows: The parcel shall be purchased in its entirety. Bidder must include a statement of their intended use for the parcel The City will not supply a survey of the property The City is responsible for the creation of the required deed documents The bidder is responsible for recording and title search fees The subject property is being sold as-is/where-is and the City makes no assurances to the buyer. Award of the bid will be considered on February 9th, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. during a City Council meeting. Bids less than the current assessed value may be submitted; however, the City of Antigo reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid most advantageous to the City.
