Renovation of an educational facility in Crossett, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Proposals will be received from Trade Contractors on all Bid Packages for the Crossett Middle School HVAC Replacement project for Crossett School District. A 5% Bid Bond or Cashiers Check is required on Trade Contract bids in excess of $50,000 and Material Supplier Contract bids in excess of $100,000. All Trade Contractors must submit an Ideal Construction Prequalification Statement at the following link All bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas licensing laws and regulations for contractors and shall be licensed before a bid is submitted. Ideal encourages the participation of small, minority, and women business enterprises. The Owner and Construction Manager both reserve the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities. This project is funded by the American Rescue Plan - Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (APR/ESSER) Fund and requires Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Rate Scale rates.
