Request for qualification statements for architecture services, the Coordinating & Development Corporation (CDC) in partnership with the Northwest Louisiana Council of Governments (NLCOG) is seeking assistance for architecture services needed to prepare plans for the construction of a new office building and Pandemic Meeting Area. The CD C is soliciting qualification statements for architecture services to complete planning, design, and construction of the project in compliance with Economic Development Administration (EDA) requirements. The agreement will be a cost reimbursement "not to exceed" basis, with payment terms to be negotiated with the selected offerer. CDC's Request For Qualifications (RFQ) includes a description of the services to be provided by respondents and the factors to be used to evaluate the responses. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
