The project will include installation of a new play-ground and swings; replacement and repair of sections of the park loop trail, installation of a stone stairway, landscaping and irrigation improvements. Should a contract be executed, it is the contractor's responsibility to corn-ply with all COVID-19 work-place health and safety measures established by the state Department of Labor & Industries or otherwise imposed by the Governor, the state Department of Health, or the Local Health Officer of Seattle-King County Public Health, or subsequent modifications to such health and safety measures as those authorities may issue, including providing all needed personal protective equipment.
