Vendor will install a security system to include door contacts on all access doors and motion detectors to cover the areas not accessible by these doors. The system will be monitored by a cellular dialer and 1st year of monitoring is included. All wiring will be free wired and concealed where possible. Vendor to provide the following equipment only consisting of: 1 Security Panel w/battery backup 1 Keypad 1 Wireless High Power Receiver 5 Wireless Motion Detectors 4 Wireless Door Contacts 1 Transformer Installation of above equipment including wire only o Final connections at fire alarm panel only o Test and Certification o Programming o Submittals o Engineered Drawings o Warranty - 1 year only on parts Vendor will provide a "Turn-Key" fire alarm proposal for the Barron F. Black Library in Norfolk, Virginia. The quantities of devices proposed have been designed by Siemens based on the floor plans and site visit performed by Siemens. The layout proposed by vendor will be horn strobes and smoke detectors located throughout the common areas with a pull station at the front door per current code. The main panel will be located at the front door. All wiring will be free wired and attached to the building structure as per code.
