As of January, 2024, construction commenced in early 2023 and is expected to be completed in 2025. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL ("RFP") for PRE-CONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES for the LAS VEGAS CONVENTION CENTER DISTRICT PHASE THREE RENOVATION PROJECT RFP # 22-4709-1 PWP #CL-2022-132 The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority ("Authority") reserves the right to waive any or all provisions of this RFP and/or unilaterally modify the process to reject any or all Submittals, in its sole and unfettered discretion. The LVCC District Plan states an anticipated project budget of $540M for the Phase Three Renovation Project. All building construction, including but not limited to the construction, erection, alteration, repair, modification, demolition, addition, or improvement in whole or in part of any building structure All heavy, highway and engineering construction, including but not limited to construction, im provement, modification, demolition, of all or any part of streets and highways (including sidewalks, curbs and gutters), bridges, viaducts, rail roads, tunnels, airports, water supply, irrigation, flood control and drainage systems, sewers and sanitation projects, dams, power houses, refineries, aqueducts, canals, river and harbor projects, wharves, docks, breakwaters, jetties, quarrying of breakwater or riprap stone, or operation incidental to such heavy construction work. All concrete construction such as buildings, bridges, silos, elevators, smoke stacks, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, streets and roads, paving, alleys and roofs, of mass or reinforced concrete slabs and all flat surfaces of cement, rock asphalt, the placing, pouring and spreading and finishing of all types of bituminous concrete including all types of asphalt floors and pavements, the operation and control of all types of Vacuum Mats used in the drying of cement floors i n preparing same for finish, the operations of laser screeds, roller screeds and any other mechanical screeds, all power
