Site work for a civil project in Bastrop, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work generally consists of Street Excavation, Drainage, Water, Wastewater, Erosion Control and Detention Pond Improvements (the "Project"). Sealed bids should be addressed to Hunt Communities Bastrop, LLC, ("Owner") on behalf of The Colony M.U.D. No. 1C (the "District"). All questions, clarifications and requests regarding the project must be received in writing via email to Rob Hesley and received no later than 12:00 p.m., January 31, 2022. Any requests received after said time and date will not be addressed.
