It is imperative that all registration information be entered correctly to ensure any/all addenda will be received. Pursuant to n.J.S.A. 40a:11-23c, addenda may be issued for bids. It is the sole responsibility of the person submitting the bid to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. Copies of addenda and notice of same will be made available on the township website and will be forwarded as prescribed by law to all vendors who have purchased specifications and/or have downloaded specifications. The applicant/proposer shall submit one (1) original with original signatures marked "Original" and should submit two (2) complete and exact copies of the original marked "Copy" of his/her proposal and should submit an electronic copy on a cd or flash drive. The township council reserves the right to reject all proposals pursuant to n.J.S.A. 40a:11-13.2 (rejection of bids) and to waive such minor informalities as may be permitted by law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of n.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. And n.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., mandatory equal employment opportunity requirements. 1. Provide a new emergency standby sanitary sewer pump including, but not limited to, the following major items: o force main pipe and related excavation and backfill, o pipe fittings and valves, o thrust blocks and utility crossing(s), o dewatering, o by-pass connection, o new emergency standby pump system, o connection to existing electric service, o electric power, control, and alarm notifications, o units to be "critically silenced," o on-site lighting, o painting of pump leaf green color (RAL 6002), o site work and site fencing 2. The Contractor shall provide a transducer in the wet well and conduit to the standby pump. 3. Provide related appurtenances and details. 4. Provide site clearing, grading, and improvements. 5. Provide site and work area restoration. 6. Maintain uninterrupted sanitary sewer service to the pump station service area for the duration of work. 7. Management and off-site disposal of debris, construction waste, and projected generated debris using a State approved disposal facility. 8. Project coordination, submittals, permits, testing, and related administration and support activities 9. Supplemental Wet Well - Section View Information: a. The Dri-Prime leak-off line shall also include the air release and vacuum valve discharge at elevation E as shown in the legend b. The standby pump pressure transducer zero elevation shall match at elevation B as shown in the legend c. Additional Note: "Contractor shall ensure there are no conflicts with the existing equipment in the wet well."
