Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in St Simons Is, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.

Work to Be Done: The successful Bidder shall provide all skill; labor, material, and equipment to re-marcite the main pool at Neptune Park, which is approximately 8000 sq. ft. including walls, bench and steps using Diamond Brite (aqua blue in color) and pool mix marble resurfacing or an appropriate color agreed up by the county. All work shall be in accordance with the Special Provisions / Scope of Work Specifications and the construction drawings, if any. All material shall conform to the specifications contained in the Special Provisions / Scope of Work Specifications. Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted, in writing and forwarded, to the Procurement Officer, Resden Talbert at rtalbert@glynncounty-ga.gov no later than September 14th, 2022. Questions will only be accepted in written form. All Questions and Answers submitted will be posted to the website no later than September 16th, 2022. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this invitation for bid will be promulgated to all addressees as an addendum. Any discussions or documents will be considered non-binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum.
