Long Valley Sewer Outfall Materials Suppliers may choose to provide proposals for all or for only individual items. Purchaser may select multiple providers from the proposals and separate the materials to be provided based upon price or scheduled delivery of individual line items. Any and all questions shall be submitted via email to: ldalton@washingtoncity.org no later than January 14, 2022 The project schedule is as follows: Cutoff for questions: January 14, 2022 Bid award date: January 26, 2022 Delivery date: TBD Payment: within 30 days of material delivery date Award will be based upon cost and proposed delivery date and will potentially be made to different suppliers for each individual line item. Proposals shall include delivery to Washington City at a location to be determined at the time of delivery. Purchaser will arrange unloading of materials at the chosen location upon delivery. Washington City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of Washington City. Washington City reserves the right to adjust quantities + or - 10% or to entirely eliminate any line items.
