Renovation of a residential development in Gloucester Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Gloucester Township Housing Authority, Blackwood, New Jersey will accept bids for the following services: "Closed Circuit Television System" It is the Housing Authority's desire to retain a duly qualified, competent, and capable contractor to install a CCTV system. All services must be in accordance with the existing laws, rules, orders, directives, and regulation governing these services, including the federal Community Development Block Grant Program. All contractors interested in submitting a bid for these services should contact the Gloucester Township Housing Authority to receive a copy of the formal Request for Bids. The RFB specifies the scope of the services and the requirements for submitting bids. The building is available for inspection between the hours of 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Thursday. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids received for these services. It also reserves the right to terminate the contractor, for convenience, at any time during the term of the contract. This solicitation for proposals is being made in accordance with the New Jersey Local Unit Pay to Play law (NJSA 19:44A 20.4 Et seq.) as a "fair and open" process. All proposals will be publicly opened on the date and time specified in the RFB.
