Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.

The City of Raleigh, Convention and Performing Arts Complex is soliciting bids for General Contractor with an Intermediate or Unlimited License to pull power to the Points of Sale (POS) stations and to reduce the amperage Stage Right. Contractor will also trench Data lines later use at the Red Hat Amphitheater. All work should be completed 90 days after the notice to proceed. All questions should be emailed to robert.baker@raleighnc.gov by 11:59 pm on January 23, 2022 the question deadline. Questions and/or inquiries past the contractor's written question due date deadline will not be received. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Proposal for failure to comply with all requirements of this Notice or of any of the Contract Documents; however, the Owner may waive any minor defects or informalities at its discretion. The Owner further reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals or to Award the contract which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Owner. Furthermore, the City's goal is to contract or sub-contract fifteen percent (15%) of the contract amount to Certified MWBEs on construction projects over $300,000, or with contracts that include $100,000 or more in state funding. The goal breakdown is 8% for minorities and 7% for non-minority females.
