This shall include but not be limited to consultant's recommendation for rehabilitation of pavement on Coloma St. from Bridgeway Blvd. to Olima St., installation of sidewalk and street trees along the north side of Coloma adjacent to the MLK field, replacement and rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer & modification of existing storm drain facilities and phasing work or use of bid alternatives to meet budget constraints. City expressly disclaims responsibility for any assumptions a Proposer might draw from the presence or absence of information provided by the City in any form Purpose of Project The selected consultant ("Consultant") must be a professional civil engineer licensed in the state of California with the ability and experience to provide comprehensive deisgn specification and estimate addresses this project requirements as specified in this Request for Proposal. The Consultant must demonstrate the capacity to work with City representatives, citizens, professional service consultants, designers and engineers, and construction companies related to the Project. The Consultant will provide the following services to the City (as further detailed in Section 6 (Scope of Services) below): 1. Preliminary Design memo documenting the proposed improvements, their probable construction cost and suggested phasing should cost constraints prohibit construction of all phases of the work as a single project.
