Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This collective series storm drainage improvement contains two separate projects which vary in size and each bring their unique differences. The work involves various storm drainage improvements including replacement of storm drainage pipes, curb & gutter, storm drainage structures, installation of pipe liner for existing storm drainage pipes, concrete head walls, and concrete walls. A 5% bid security is required with each bid that equals or exceeds $300,000.
