For the purpose of selecting a qualified construction management firm experienced in preconstruction services and construction management for the Project Horizon - Decanting and Early Works Projects. As an organization of the Broader Public Sector (BPS) and in compliance with the Supply Chain Directives, SickKids is requesting proposals for qualified construction management firms for the Project Horizon - Decanting and Early Works Projects. Project Horizon is a multi-year phased redevelopment project to transform the delivery of paediatric care, meet growth needs and replace aging, outdated infrastructure. The Early Works Program will involve the renovation of approximately 436,000 CGSF of space to accommodate this phased construction within the Hospitals owned premises, as well offsite leased buildings, with a construction value up to $400M.
