Renovation of a municipal facility in Albany, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
City of Albany (City), Oregon, is requesting proposals from a qualified firm to provide and assist in the installation of approximately 750 membrane modules approved by the National Sanitation Foundation and Oregon Health Authority for use in a low-pressure vacuum-driven submerged membrane filtration facility. This procurement is being made in accordance with 2 CFR 200.320 and ORS 279B.060. As a federally funded project, proposer will be required to meet the federal provisions stated within Appendix II to Part 200 - Contract Provisions for Non-Federal Entity Contracts under Federal Awards. The objective of requesting proposals is for the City to contract with a firm that can offer membrane modules and installation services at the highest quality and best value to the City. Time is of the essence to acquire a qualified contractor to ensure a contract is in place by February 2022. The email subject line shall include the project name "Ultrafiltration Membrane Modules". The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements and other applicable law and may reject any or all proposals in whole or in part when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the City, and at no cost to the City.
