Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sharbot Lake, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Limestone District School Board (the "Board") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Wood Shop Heating/HVAC System Upgrades at Granite Ridge Education Centre, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The project includes reconfiguring the dust collection system supply air duct work in Wood Shop Room 110 to accommodate a new glycol heating coil at high level. It also includes tying into to existing glycol distribution system in adjacent mechanical room and rebalance the hydronic flows in the system to account for the new coil flows and tying in dust collector, temperature sensor, and valve to existing DDC building automation system.
