Site work, asbestos abatement and renovation of an educational facility in Flinton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.
The Glendale School District will receive bids for Renovations to the High School Science Classrooms for the Glendale Jr. Sr. High School. It is the intent of the Owner to enter into separate contracts as follows: Contract No. 1 General Construction Contract No. 2 HVAC Construction Contract No. 3 Plumbing Construction Contract No. 4 Electrical Construction Contract No. 5 Asbestos Removal Contractors desiring to bid the Asbestos Removal Contract may obtain same by contacting Microbac Laboratories. Bids shall include a Bid Security Bond or Certified Check, payable to Glendale School District, in an amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, in accordance with Instructions to Bidders, as included in the Contract Documents. G-1 shall be the amount to be ADDED TO the Base Bid for providing the new fume hood in Storage 204. Under the Base Bid, the existing fume hood shall remain as is, provide remainder of casework as shown on drawings. FINAL PROJECT CLOSEOUT COMPLETION DATE - DECEMBER 4, 2022
