The City of Cheyenne will receive sealed bids for furnishing Eight (8) light poles, for the City of Cheyenne, Engineering Department Questions, Substitutions, Line Item Modifications, or Clarifications, shall be directed to the City Purchasing Manager, by email at tbarttelbort@cheyennecity.org. Questions will be received until 5:00 pm local time on January 21, 2022, after which no additional questions will be accepted. The City will provide a response via Addendum no-later-than 5:00 pm local time on January 25, 2022 Bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany any bid submitted. The 5% bid guarantee may be in the form a bid bond secured and issued by a surety or guaranty company authorized to do business in the State of Wyoming or a cashier's check made payable to the City of Cheyenne. The City reserves the right to evaluate variations from the specifications and to award the bid that best meets its needs at the least cost . The City reserves the right to add or subtract the quantity of items being purchased based on budget availability Any or all changes, additions, or clarifications in connection with this Bid shall be issued by the City in the form of written addenda. Oral comments, responses and/or representations shall not be binding upon the City. If any Addenda are issued, each Bidder must sign the "Acknowledgment of Receipt of Addenda" form which will be included with any Addenda and submit the executed form with its Bid or acknowledge the issued Addenda within the Bid submission on the space provided. The City Will Consider as Incomplete Any Bid in Which All Addenda Are Not Acknowledged, and This Will Be a Basis for Bid Rejection. The City of Cheyenne reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formality or technicality in the bidding in the interest of the City.
