As of April 13, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Lincoln-Way D210 requests bids for the General Remodeling Project at Central, East, West High Schools, and the Transportation Center. Project Locations: Lincoln-Way Central High School - 1801 East Lincoln Highway, New Lenox, IL 60451 Lincoln-Way East High School - 201 Colorado Avenue, Frankfort, IL 60423 Lincoln-Way West High School - 21701 Gougar Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 Lincoln-Way Transportation Center - 1343 S. Schoolhouse Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 The Work shall take place at Lincoln-Way Central, East & West High Schools and the Transportation Center. The work includes, but is not limited to, remodeling of an existing foods lab, office suite, and toilet room, removal of paint from an existing field house ceiling deck including repainting of the space, replacement of field house divider curtains, and replacement of existing metal roofing. Work is to be awarded as a single contract. Refer to the Drawings and Project Manual for the full extent of the Work. *Addendum #2 has been released. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
