**As of February 25, 2022, this project has been awarded to Sterling Roofing in the amount of $743,400 which includes the base bid of $708,000.00 and alternates. Elementary School Partial Roof Replacement - Phase 2, Lena-Winslow School District #202, Lena, Illinois - Project consists of partial roof replacement. Existing gutters and downspouts shall remain. Remove and dispose of existing gutters and downspouts, and furnish and install new gutters and downspouts Project consists of partial roof replacement. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 10 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. The undersigned Bidder proposes and agrees hereby to commence the Work of the Contract Documents at 7:00 a.m. June 1, 2022, and shall achieve Substantial Completion of the Work no later than 5:00 p.m. August 5, 2022, and Final Completion no later than 5:00 p.m. August 12, 2022
