Site work and paving for a road / highway in Tipton, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work shall consist of curb ramp replacement, patching, milling, structure adjustment, pipe and structure installation, full depth HMA paving and pavement markings for streets and all other work necessary for roadway rehabilitation and as included in the 2021 Community Crossing Paving Program contract documents The bidder to whom a contract for work is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond executed on the specified forms and acceptable to the City, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract. Each bid shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check, drawn on an acceptable bank, OR an acceptable bidder's bond in the amount of no less than 10% of the total amount of the bidEach bid shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check, drawn on an acceptable bank, OR an acceptable bidder's bond in the amount of no less than 10% of the total amount of the bid. The City of Tipton, Indiana reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts there-of and to waive all responsibility for irregularities in bids.
