Bidder's Bond on the Bid Bond Form provided herein or on a similar form which in every respect materially complies with said Bid Bond Form, in the amount of five percent (5%) of his Bid Successful Bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum as security for the faithful performance of this Contract, and also a Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, as security for the payment of all persons performing labor and furnishing materials under this Contract. Time is of the essence. A Notice to Proceed will be provided no later than March 31, 2022. For Phase I, The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion for Phase I, as defined in the General Conditions, by July 22, 2022 and Final Completion by July 21, 2023. For Phase II, the Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion, as defined in the General Conditions, by This time period shall be designated the Contract Time.
