Project Description: In general, Work consists of removal of approximately 5,100 square feet of existing roofing, insulation, edge metals, gutters, and downspouts in all areas, and replace with a tapered insulation system and fully adhered, 90 mil, 30 year no dollar limit warranty, EPDM membrane system. Work also includes new edge metals, gutters, and downspouts. All bids shall be made on the printed proposal forms attached to and made a part of the Proposed Contract Documents and submitted in a sealed envelope marked NDOT HOLDREGE BUILDING 71403 RE-ROOF BID .
