Brantley County is requesting sealed proposals for: Civil engineering services associated with developing a master plan to make future improvements to the Satilla Fields Recreation Complex in Brantley County, Ga. Proposals should include a full site concept plan that details future usage for the site. The Concept Plan should include Baseball Fields, Football Fields, Soccer Fields, Walking Track, Gymnasium, Swimming Lake with Beach Area, Playgrounds, Walkways, Concession Facilities, Entry Drives, Parking Requirements, Water, Sewer, and Storm Drainage, Buffers, and Setbacks. Brantley County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities and/or formalities. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
