The scope of this contract consists of providing polymer and all necessary service equipment and materials required for delivery. The polymer is to be utilized to successfully condition the facility's anaerobically digested sludge prior to dewatering by using Fournier Rotary Presses, the Gravity Belt Thickening process, and settling in the BioMag(R) process at the Marlay-Taylor Water Reclamation Facility (MTWRF), owned by the Commission located at 48020 Pine Hill Run Road, Lexington Park, Maryland 20653. This is a two-step process. Vendors must first schedule and perform product testing at the MTWRF. Only those Vendors whose products successfully pass all performance and testing parameters will be invited to submit bids.
