Renovation of an educational facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Work is to commence, under the Contract that may be awarded, by Monday, May 13, 2024, and be substantially completed by Friday, August 16, 2024, and total completion no later than Friday, August 23,2024. SCOPE OF WORK: 1) Provide new, complete, operational, and tested mechanical systems for heating and controls system. 2) Provide all labour, materials and products as specified, as required to accomplish this work. 3) The scope of HVAC work for this project generally includes supply, installation and commissioning of: .1 Condensing boilers (5) and chimneys .2 Hydronic pumps (10) .3 Heating water piping and pipe insulation .4 Pre-operational pipe cleaning and Chemical treatment .5 Water systems balancing .6 Verification of systems operation and controls 4) Plumbing work 5) Demolition and builders 6) Direct digital controls (DDC) work 7) Electrical work 8) Hazardous Materials Work 9) The mechanical contractor shall act as the Prime Contractor for this project, responsible for the coordination of all trades required to carry out the work as described herein
