engineers estimate base bid=$162,000 This project will involve the installation of 770' of 8" PVC trenched PVC. The water main installation will include 67th Street between Urbandale Avenue and Boston Avenue and Boston Avenue east to the dead end. Base Bid: Furnish all labor, materials and equipment required for installing open cut 770 linear feet of 8" PVC, 1-6" X 6" tapping sleeve and valve, 3-8" x 6" red., 1-8" x 8" tee, 1- 8" x 6" tee, bends as needed and three hydrants. Furnish all labor, equipment and materials as outlined on the estimate project quantities including but not limited to, connections to existing system, tracer wire, polyethylene encasement, hydrant auxiliary valve, valve boxes, 1" corporation cocks and saddles, service lines, connections to new curb stops; also furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for removal and replacement of concrete street, driveways, curb and gutter and 4' wide sidewalk removal and 4' & 5' wide replacement, surface removal and preparation for sodding, traffic control, and miscellaneous associated work including cleanup.
