Renovation of an educational facility in Greeley, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 17-story above grade educational facility.
As of February 22 the project was awarded to TCC Corporation no awarded amount available. In a 17 story high rise apartment building replace cast iron drain lines, vents, sink drains and remodel bathrooms. Scope of Services The project will consist of working along side an abatement company hired by owner who will remove vanities, bathroom tiles, drywall as necessary, bathroom accessories, and floor tile that abut or contain asbestos. The contractor will purchase and install new vanities, bathroom accessories, solid surface tub surrounds, sinks, mirrors, shower doors, floor tile, lighting, plumbing hardware, solid surface countertops, new piping for drain lines, vents, sink drains and replace and repair drywall and repaint per Davis Wince, Ltd drawings and specifications.
