The North Clay Fire Protection District is accepting sealed bids for the removal and replacement of the roofing system on the Bible Grove Fire Station location at 3791 Bible Grove Lane, Louisville, Illinois 62858. Roof Tear Off and Replacement Approximate Size: 3,666 Square feet The Trustees of the North Clay Fire Protection District reserve the right to reject any and all bids, to waive variations or formalities, and to negotiate changes, additions, or deletions. The North Clay Fire Protection District reserves the right to accept the bid which it deems to be in the District's best interest, and will not necessarily be bound to accept the low bid. 1. Completely tear-off the existing multiple roof systems down to the structural deck, including gutters and insulation, and dispose of all debris. 2. Install 4" pole barn insulation with vapor barrier. 3. Install boxed eave trim with straps. 4. Install 26 gauge PBR/R-Loc Panel. 5. Stitch screw all laps. 6. Install butyl tape in all seams. 7. Install formed ridge cap. 8. Install box rake trim. 9. Install boxed eave trim with straps. 10. Contractor to provide a manufacture's 20-year minimum warranty for the new roof system,materials, and workmanship
