The Board of Education of Caroline County, also referred to as Caroline County Public Schools or CCPS, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for provision of WIFI Access Points (ERate). CCPS intends to make a single award for a contractor to provide approximately 500 Access Points (AP) and assist in the initial configuration of the APs. CCPS also requests alternate pricing for the Contractor to provide full initial configuration and complete installation of the APs with appropriate included mounting hardware connected to existing POE Cat5e jacks, and final testing of WIFI units installed. CCPS intends to seek E-Rate reimbursement for all E-Rate eligible products and services in this proposal. The recommended Offeror shall be eligible to participate in the E-Rate program; have filed all currently required SLD documents; and, provide a solution which is currently eligible as a Category 2 E-Rate service.
