Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Spring Hill, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work to be performed in this Contract will be performed on Coronado Drive, Godfrey Avenue, and Hawthorne Road, including drainage retention areas, in Spring Hill in western Hernando County, Florida, as depicted in the plans and on the location map. The project is depicted and described on the construction plans and specifications and consists in general of the construction of a stormwater drainage system consisting of culverts, ditch bottom inlets, mitered end sections, excavation of a drainage retention area, miscellaneous utility work, and the restoration of driveways and sidewalks impacted by construction. The Vendor/Contractor shall locate and protect all existing utilities from damage during the work. All work is to take place within the existing right of way and/or on County owned property.
