Each Bidder by submitting their Bid represents that they have read and understands that Bidding Documents and their Bid is made in accordance therewith; and Bidder agrees to be bound by the terms and requirements set forth in the Contract Documents. Funding for this project is available.
Note: All or a portion of this project may be funded by or reimbursed using Federal Funds. As a result, this solicitation and any contract awarded from this solicitation shall comply with the City of Raleigh (COR) Federal Requirements. All work should be completed 90 days after the notice to proceed. The City of Raleigh desires to contract with a General Contractor with an Intermediate or Unlimited License Limitation to provide all the tools and equipment necessary to supply and install a trench drain at the loading dock of fletcher auditorium. The trench drain will route water to the storm drain to prevent water from seeping under the roll up door and entering the facility. The Contractor, at its own proper cost and expense and with skill and diligence, shall furnish all labor, tools, materials and equipment and do all things necessary for the proper construction and completion ready for use of the following
improvements:
o In strict accordance with and as shown in the specifications, schedules, drawings and other documents set forth herein or incorporated by reference as follows:
o The Contractor shall further perform in accordance with the directions (not inconsistent therewith) given from time to time during the construction by the project engineer or of such other official, employee, or other agent of the City as the City may designate.
