Renovation of a municipal facility in Churchill, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Central Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for interior refresh and upgrades. CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for interior refresh and upgrades to various properties in Churchill, MB. The work has been bundled into nine packages. All nine packages will be awarded to one Proponent. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, interior refresh to complete units, and bathroom and common areas upgrades at various units. Some of the units require work due to fire, sewer, or water damage. Some units will be occupied during the project, others will be vacant. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
