Site work and paving for a civil project in Anchorage, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
**As of April 1, 2022 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award is not yet established. Work will include the placement of geotextile separation above the existing roadway and hauling and placing of borrow on 10 miles of Cache Creek Road and the removal of the existing fortune creek bridge and construction of a new bridge. Engineer's Estimate Range: Between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000 The apparent successful bidder must furnish a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as security conditioned for the full, complete and faithful performance of the contract.
