Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Monroe, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
For furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the Monroe Water Treatment Plant - Clearwell Modifications and Expansion project. The project includes construction of a new one-million-gallon cast in place concrete clearwell, miscellaneous modifications to two existing concrete clearwells, demolition of an existing concrete clearwell and other related work as detailed in the specifications and on the construction drawings. All applicants will be notified of their status by Friday, February 11, 2022. The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials and equipment and performing all labor necessary for constructing the improvements as shown on the drawings and as specified. The work includes construction of a new one-million-gallon cast in place concrete clearwell, miscellaneous modifications to two existing concrete clearwells, demolition of an existing concrete clearwell and other related work as detailed in the specifications and on the construction drawings. Time allotted for this project is 365 consecutive calendar days from notice to proceed.
