Cost Estimate (Bridge and Approach construction cost): $1,844,000 The Tuscola County Road Commission (TCRC) is soliciting qualification statements and quote proposals to perform bridge design services for the structure listed on page one. The proposal shall contain, at a minimum, the following items: Proposed Bridge Design including the type of structure intended for the location and estimated cost of construction to build the proposed design. Award will be made in the best interest of the Road Commission. Payment will be made by monthly invoicing. Please limit your package to maximum of five (5) pages and submit your companies hourly fee schedule with the proposal.
