Site work for a water / sewer project in Lake Wales, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Lake Wales is seeking a qualified contractor to construct gravity sewer system along Bel Ombre Circle, Grove Avenue, and Hillcrest Avenue, construct a new lift station, and construct the extension of a force main along Buckmoore road, Sunset Drive, and US 17 . Additionally, the proposed project may include removing 41 septic/laundry tanks from the residences along Bel Ombre Circle, Grove Avenue and Hillcrest Avenue and connect the residences to the Citys central wastewater collection system. Wastewater from the properties will be collected and pumped to the Citys wastewater treatment plant. No project questions will be entertained at this time. All questions must be placed in writing as outlined in the bid documents. Questions deadline will be on Friday, February 4th, 2022 at 4:00 pm. Substantial Completion (operational) within 200 calendar days. The date of Final Completion will be 30 days following the date of Substantial Completion.
